HeyCup is a self-initiated project that explores how design can support emotional wellbeing through sensory experience. In a world of overstimulation and disconnection, the project began with a simple question: how can we help people feel more grounded, present through everyday interactions?

Inspired by the image of a cup, an ordinary object that invites sharing and familiarity. I designed a lightweight visual identity and a series of workshops aimed at reawakening the senses. Among themSorry Stranger was the first to be realized. Through guided observation and storytelling, it encourages participants to connect gently, without expectation or pressure.HeyCup is an ongoing project, reminding us that presence can begin not with grand solutions, but with the smallest act of noticing.
